千灯夜赏灯感受中国年味

    我是中阿卫视主持人阿思玛，来自遥远的阿拉伯。2025乙巳蛇年是第一个“世界非遗版”春节，祝大家新年快乐！　我目前位于北京温榆河公园，这里正举办一场盛大的灯会。

    I’m Asma, a host of the China Arab TV from the faraway Arab world. In2025,the Year of the Snake, we are going to celebrate the first Chinese New Year featuring World Intangible Cultural Heritage.

    Here and now, Asma wishes everyone a Happy New Year in advance from Chaoyang District, Beijing! 

    I am now in Beijing's Wenyuhe Park, where a grand lantern festi⁃val, the2025Beijing Megalights Wonderland, is being held.

    在我们阿拉伯的文化中，也有着各种热闹的节日，但像眼前这样具有浓厚东方文化的灯光美景，我还是头一次见。跟上我，来一场时空穿越之旅吧！

    You know, in the Arab culture, there are al⁃so a variety of boisterous festivals. 

    But I have nev⁃er seen a light show like this, which is one with a strong oriental flavor. So, please follow me and let’s have a journey through time and space!

    灯笼是中国春节的重要符号，人们相信它可以带来好运，预示着新的一年“红红火火”，给新的开始一个好兆头。

    Lanternsare an important symbol of the Chinese New Year. They are believed to be able to bring good luck and signal a“prosperous and vibrant”year to come. To make a good start for the new year.

    在这个600亩的超大空间里，汇聚了千组自贡彩灯，它们由600余名彩灯师傅用传承千年的非遗技艺打造而成。这里有我在这次灯会中最喜欢的一组彩灯，因为我特别喜欢李白这个历史人物，他的故事充满了传奇色彩和浪漫主义情怀。

    Inthis super- large40- hectare space, there are a thousand groups of Zigong- branded, col⁃ored lanterns. They are all made by over600lantern masters with the techniques that have been passed down from thousands of years ago and 

    now protected as intangible cultural heritage.

    This is my favorite lantern group in this lantern festival, because I like Li Bai very much. As a historical figure, he is both legendary and roman⁃tic.

    这些传统节目让我仿佛穿越到了中国的古代盛世，舞狮表演、民间戏法又特别接地气，特别热闹，还有充满现代感和科技感的表演，又把我拉回到了现代。

    Thesetraditional shows seem to have trans⁃ported me back to the prosperous ancient Chi⁃na, but the popular and engaging Lion Dance and 

    acrobatics that gives people a modern and technological feel，pull me back to the modern day!

    2025北京千灯夜真的是一场不容错过的文化盛宴，它让我深深感受到了东方文化的魅力，感受到了北京的“年味儿”，相信你们也会和我一样，爱上这里，爱上中国的传统文化！

    The2025Beijing Megalights Wonderland is really a cultural feast not to be missed. It not only gives me a good taste of the charm of the Oriental culture and the flavor of the“lunar New Year”in Beijing. I’m sure you will love this place and love the traditional Chinese cul⁃ture like I do!

    北京朝阳非常吸引我

    北京有很多外国人，其中很大一部分住在朝阳，我就是其中之一。我叫任博，来自法国，是2004年来到这里的。北京朝阳之所以能吸引我，是因为在这里每天都有很多新鲜事物，最主要的原因，还是因为这里有很多为外国人提供的工作机会，最后我也在北京朝阳找到了工作。

    InBeijing, there are a lot of foreigners, a big part of the foreigners live in Chaoyang, I am just one of them. My name is Jean Baptiste Au⁃dran. I'm French. I came here in2004.

    I was attracted by the Chaoy⁃ang District, you can be happy to see new things every day.

    But the main reason is also because the work for many foreigners happens here. So,I end up finding a job in Chaoyang.

    我开办了自己的房地产中介公司，帮助希望在中国开展业务的外国公司寻找办公地点。多年以来，我们为来自七八十个不同国家的数千名客户提供了帮助。

    Iopened my own real estate agency. We help foreign companies who are looking to relocate in China or to move into China for their of⁃fice. 

    We have helped thousands of clients over the years and we cover70or 80different nationalities of custom⁃ers.

    过去的二十年间，北京朝阳已经深深地融入了我的生命。北京吸引外国人的地方大多在东边，如二环路和四环路之间。首先是CBD，在这里你可以看到高大的塔楼和大型建筑。第一使馆区设在日坛公园附近，外国人通常也会在使馆附近活动。第二使馆区的许多大使馆在三里屯附近，在三里屯地区有很多餐馆和酒吧。

    Chaoyangwas inside of my DNA for the past20years. First of all, most of the attractions for foreign⁃ers in Beijing are in the east be⁃tween the Second and the Fourth Ring Road. 

    First is Central Business District where you see very high towers and big buildings. The first embassy area was around Ritan Park and foreigners are close to the embassy.

    The second embassy area. Many embassies in Sanlitun.So in Sanlitun ar⁃eas you have a lot of restaurants and bars.

    当你来到朝阳公园，你会发现这里更适合生活，朝阳公园有各种各样的活动，老少皆宜。蓝色港湾也坐落在这个地区，它是一个商业中心。还有亮马河，沿着河边散步你会感到心旷神怡。

    Afteryou have Chaoyang Park which is more for living area, You have a lot of activities for children or even for yourself In that area. Actually, you also have SOLANA.

    It's a big commercial center.

    This is the Liangma River, It's actually very nice to walk by the river.

    第三使馆区在燕莎友谊商城附近，这里设施完善，有国际医院和国际学校。而一些大型公司通常会选择入驻望京地区，那里交通更方便，租金也比较便宜。

    Thethird embassy area is Luf⁃thansa. You will have some good amenities. Like international hospitals and international schools. 

    Some of the very large companies will some⁃times go in Wangjing, more accessible rental is a bit cheaper.

    中国是一个充满活力的市场，每个地区都会有新项目如雨后春笋般迅速涌现，我认为北京朝阳绝对是独具一格的，就像是北京一颗耀眼的钻石一般。

    It'ssuch a dynamic market in China. Mushrooms of new projects can come very fast in each area

    I think Chaoyang is definitely very unique like a diamond in Bei⁃jing.

    我也开办了自己的餐厅，提供各种经典的法式美食。餐厅最有名的是可丽饼等实惠的日常法式美食，营造温暖又轻松的用餐环境，用中国话来说就是接地气儿。

    Thisis my shop. So in this res⁃taurant we serve classic French food but we are very famous for our crepes not about very expensive French food. It's to offer very afford⁃able day- to- day life French food in a very warm and generous environ⁃ment. So like a Chinese say It's Jiediqier.

    过去20年在中国生活，我感受最深的就是自己亲眼见证也认识到一个事实：要发展好一个国家，就要让人民安居乐业，这也是我喜欢北京朝阳的原因。

    Mybiggest learning of these past20 years, is to see under my eyes and to acknowledge the fact that,once you develop a country and it makes the comfort and makes people safer. 

    This is what I also like in Cha⁃oyang.
