居民个人是指，在中国境内有住所，或者无住所而一个纳税年度内在中国境内居住累计满一百八十三天的个人。如果您是满足这个条件的外籍个人，都需要在次年的3月1日至6月30日或离境前，按照有关规定办理综合所得汇算清缴。
Residentindividuals refer to individuals who either have a permanent residence within China's territory or individuals who do not have a residence but have accumulated a total of183daysof residence within China's territory during one tax year.
According to relevant regulations, foreign in⁃dividuals who meet the resident conditions need to handle the comprehensive income final settle⁃ment from March1st to June30th in the next year or before leaving the country.

Youcan download the Personal Income Tax App on your mobile phone, select the"2022An⁃nual Comprehensive Income Tax Settlement and Payment" and accurately fill in the number of days you have stayed in China in2022.Then,you can use the pre-filling service. Click on"I needthe pre-filling service" and proceed to veri⁃fy the information.
外籍人八项补贴包括：
外籍个人以非现金形式或实报实销形式取得的住房补贴、伙食补贴、搬迁费、洗衣费；
外籍个人按合理标准取得的境内、外出差补贴；
外籍个人取得的探亲费、语言训练费、子女教育费；
Theeight foreign subsidies includes：
Housingsubsidies, meal allowances, reloca⁃tion expenses, and laundry fees obtained by for⁃eign individuals in non- cash or reimbursement form.
Domestic and overseas travel allowances ob⁃tained by foreign individuals at a reasonable stan⁃dard.
Visiting family expenses, language training expenses, and child education expenses obtained by foreign individuals.
专项附加扣除是指纳税人可享受的子女教育、继续教育、大病医疗、住房贷款利息或者住房租金、赡养老人以及3岁以下婴幼儿照护等七项专项附加扣除。
Specialadditional deductions refer to the sev⁃en special additional deductions from which tax⁃payers can benefit. These include child educa⁃tion, continuing education, serious illness medical expenses, housing loan interest or rent, elderly support, and care for infants and young children under3years old.
那外籍人八项补贴和专项附加扣除，这两项我们可以同时享受吗？

2027年12月31日前，外籍个人符合居民个人条件的，可以选择享受个人所得税专项附加扣除，也可以选择享受住房补贴、语言训练费、子女教育费等津补贴免税优惠政策，但不得同时享受。外籍个人一经选择，在一个纳税年度内不得变更。
BeforeDecember31st,2027,foreign individ⁃uals who meet the conditions for resident indi⁃viduals can opt to claim the special additional de⁃duction for personal income tax. Alternatively,they can choose to enjoy exemptions from tax housing subsidies, language training fees, chil⁃dren's education expenses, and other allowances,but not simultaneously. Once a foreign individu⁃al has made a selection, they cannot change it within one tax year.
